作者采用埋入热电偶的方法测量TC 4试样镦粗过程中中心部分的温度变化。通过对试验结果的数学处理得到表达这一函数关系的经验公式。作为比较,本文还利用根据热—质传递理论导出的公式进行了计算,计算结果和实验数据属于同一数量级。
The authors used the method of embedding thermocouples to measure the temperature change in the central part during the upsetting of the TC 4 specimen. Through the mathematical treatment of the experimental results to get the empirical formula to express this relationship. As a comparison, this paper also uses the formula derived from the heat-mass transfer theory to calculate the results of the calculation and the experimental data belong to the same order of magnitude.
