铅可致人体染色体畸变

铅对人体的毒害早已被肯定,而铅致人体染色体畸变有所报道,但报道不多。我们与同济医大基础医学部协作对32例铅作出(蓄电池工人)和20例对照组(未接触铅的健康人),进行了外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的研究。接触组人员均选择无嗜烟酒癖,近期未服用任何可疑诱变的药物;未接触可能诱变的苯、苯胺、砷等化学物质和放射线、微波辐射等物理刺激。对照组无铅及其他职业危害接触史,健康情况良好,其他条件同接触组对两组人外周血淋巴细胞进行培养,制成可供染色体畸变分析用的标本,对每例分析100个细胞,每一细胞中的染色体进行计数,观察染色单体型或染色体型的损伤,如对染色单体型畸变的裂隙、等位染色单体裂隙、单体断裂等及染色体型的畸变如 Lead poisoning to the human body has long been affirmed, and lead to human chromosomal aberrations have been reported, but few reports.
