随着我国环保产业的技术进步,浓缩技术越来越广泛地应用在各类需要进行固液分离的行业中,特别是金属矿山、煤炭化工、冶金及自来水等行业。有关通过沉降试验进行设备原始参数的选取的文献很多,但系统揭示设计原理和过程的文章较少,笔者从结构设计的角度,对浓密机驱动机构主要设计要素的选取进行阐述和讨论。
With the technological progress of China’s environmental protection industry, concentrated technology is more and more widely used in various industries that need solid-liquid separation, especially in metal mines, coal chemical industry, metallurgy and water supply industries. There are many literatures about choosing the original parameters of the equipment through the settlement test, but there are few articles that reveal the design principle and process systematically. The author elaborates and discusses the selection of the main design elements of the thickener driving mechanism from the perspective of structural design.
