优降糖为第二代磺脲类降糖药,主要用于非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者,已在临床上广泛使用,但用药不当可造成严重的低血糖昏迷.现将近年来收治的优降糖所致低血糖昏迷9例报告如下.临床资料一般资料 9例均为NIDDM,男5例,女4例.年龄52～70岁,平均62岁,60岁以上6例.病程8个月～18年,平均4.5年.其中伴有糖尿病肾病5例,2例已达尿毒症期;植物神经病变4例;高血压4例;视网膜病变2例;冠心病心衰及肺部感染1例;
