党的十五大报告重申要加快国民经济市场化进程,继续发展各类市场,尽快建成统一开放、竞争有序的市场体系.然而在实践中出现的一些欠妥的看法或做法表明,在深入学习贯彻十五大精神中,完全有必要加深对市场和市场体系的基础理论的研究.本文通过对市场内涵的剖析,提出了市场作为人们交换彼此劳动及其成果的途径,其本质是商品交换(流通)关系的总和的观点,突破了政治经济学的传统提法.文中例举我国近年的统计资料,分析市场体系培育的现状和存在的问题,强调了市场体系建设在构建社全主义市场经济体制中的重要地位和作用,并且指出只有纳入法制建设的轨道,才能加快国民经济市场化进程,进而为实践提供了决策依据.
