目的了解承德市中小学校卫生现状,进行学校卫生综合评价,探索卫生安全建设体系建设新模式。方法按照GB/T 18205-2012《学校卫生综合评价》国家标准进行评价。结果 42所中小学校中,量化评分达A级的有9所,占21.4%;达B级的有33所,占78.6%。其中学校饮用水卫生和生活环境卫生、学生常见病与多发病管理方面存在的问题较多,是影响评分的主要因素。结论开展学校卫生综合评价是学校卫生安全建设的基础,是进行学校卫生监督的重要手段,可有效预防学校卫生安全事故的发生,保障学生身体健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of primary and middle school health in Chengde, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of school health and explore a new mode of building a health and safety system. Methods According to GB / T 18205-2012 “School Health Comprehensive Evaluation” national standards for evaluation. Results Of 42 primary and secondary schools, 9 were rated A, accounting for 21.4%; 33 were rated B, accounting for 78.6%. Among them, there are many problems in school drinking water sanitation and living environment sanitation, students common disease and multiple morbidity management, which are the main factors affecting the scoring. Conclusion Carrying out the comprehensive evaluation of school health is the foundation of school health safety construction and an important means to carry out school health supervision. It can effectively prevent school health accidents and ensure the health of students.
