为了研究重复升温对煤自燃规律的影响,利用自主设计的油浴式升温氧化装置,对同一煤样连续进行了2次重复升温试验,测得了不同温度下煤样罐出口处多种指标气体的浓度,并对各次升温后的煤样进行了工业分析。在此基础上,计算得到了煤的耗氧速率,以此来判断重复升温对煤氧化能力的影响。研究表明:随着温度的上升,耗氧速率和指标气体浓度均逐渐增大;随着重复升温次数的增加,在相同温度下,耗氧速率和指标气体浓度呈递减趋势,表明重复低温氧化降低了煤的氧化能力。
In order to study the influence of repeated heating on the spontaneous combustion law of coal, the same coal sample was continuously subjected to two repeated heating tests using the self-designed oil-bath heating and oxidation device.
