目的 :回顾性检查 2 0 0 1年度南京市中医医院住院病人麻醉性镇痛药使用情况。方法 :统计该年度麻醉性镇痛药物消耗量 ,并用药物利用度 (DUI)为指标分析。结果 :该年度麻醉性药物使用基本符合要求。结论 :南京市中医医院住院病人麻醉药品使用基本合理 ,推荐晚期癌症患者首选口服吗啡止痛和联合用药。
Objective: To retrospectively examine the use of narcotic analgesics in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2001. Methods: The annual consumption of narcotic analgesics was calculated and analyzed with the index of drug utilization (DUI). Results: The annual use of narcotic drugs basically met the requirements. Conclusion: The use of narcotic drugs in hospitalized patients in Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital is basically reasonable. It is recommended that oral morphine analgesia and combination therapy are the first choice for patients with advanced cancer.
