南京高新区泰山园区文化中心、体育馆基地位于南京长江以北的浦口区,项目基地西界柳州路,南临毛纺厂路,东至双垄河,与火炬南路紧邻,文化中心、体育馆基地之间纵贯宝华路,占地面积2.83万平方米。基地所属地区的规划定位为南京桥北地区集商业办公、娱乐体育、居住休闲为一体的城市综合功能区,而文化中心和体育馆的用地处于该地区的核心位置。
Nanjing Hi-tech Zone Taishan Park Cultural Center, Gymnasium Base is located in Pukou District, north of the Yangtze River in Nanjing. The project base is located at Liuzhou Road in the west, woolen mills Road in the south, Shuanglu River in the east and Torch South Road in close proximity to the Cultural Center and Gymnasium Base Longhua Bao Road, covers an area of 28,300 square meters. The planning of the area to which the base belongs is located in the urban comprehensive functional area of Nanjing Qiaobei District which integrates commercial office, entertainment sports, living and leisure, while the cultural centers and stadiums are located at the core of the area.
