单位内部干部职工教育培训,是指通过各种方式,使其具备完成工作所需要的知识、技能,并最终实现单位整体工作提升。交通行业作为政府重要职能部门,教育培训工作尤为重要。在当前讲求公正、公开、公平的社会背景下,如何实施高效、适度的教育培训,是摆在交通人面前的一道重要课题。本文在详细介绍丰润区交通运输局开展教育培训工作基础上,找出现存问题,并提出了有针对性建议。
The education and training of cadres and staff members within an organization mean that through various ways, they have the knowledge and skills necessary to complete their work and eventually achieve the overall improvement of the work of the organization. As an important functional department of government, transportation industry is particularly important in education and training. Under the current social context of seeking justice, openness and fairness, it is an important task for traffickers to implement efficient and appropriate education and training. Based on a detailed introduction of the education and training work carried out by Transport Bureau of Fengrun District, this article finds out the existing problems and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.
