目的 探讨日本血吸虫单克隆抗独特型抗体NP30引起小鼠足垫反应的实验条件。方法 对 3个因素 2个水平 (尾蚴感染数 10条 /鼠和 5 0条 /鼠 ,NP30注射剂量 1μg/鼠和 10 μg/鼠 ,感染后 4周和 7周 )应用正交设计进行小鼠足垫试验 ,于NP30注射后不同时间观察足垫肿胀情况。结果 正交设计结果的方差分析表明 ,NP30在注射后 12h的结果有显著性差异。结论 NP30引起的足垫肿胀为迟发型变态反应。
Objective To investigate the experimental conditions of mouse footpad reaction induced by NP30 monoclonal antibody against Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Mice were treated with orthogonal design at 2 levels of 3 factors (cercariae infection 10 / mouse and 50 mice / mouse, NP30 injection dose 1 μg / mouse and 10 μg / mouse, 4 weeks and 7 weeks after infection) Foot pad test, observe the foot pad swelling at different times after NP30 injection. Results ANOVA analysis of orthogonal design results showed that NP30 had significant difference at 12h after injection. Conclusion Foot pad swelling caused by NP30 is a delayed type of allergic reaction.
