目的探讨集束电极射频手术治疗子宫肌瘤、功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选择直径<7cm的子宫肌瘤患者58例及无生育要求的功能性子宫出血患者26例,在B超监视下采用射频消融术治疗功能性子宫出血及以集束电极射频治疗子宫肌瘤,观察术后1、3、6个月子宫肌瘤大小及功能性子宫出血患者出血量的改变,并进行疗效评定。结果 58例73个子宫肌瘤中,治疗总有效率94.5%,无效5.5%;功能性子宫出血治疗的总有效率100.0%,其中出血明显减少或闭经84.6%(22例),恢复正常月经15.4%(4例),无脏器损伤并发症发生。结论射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤、功能性子宫出血疗效好,具有安全、便捷、费用较低的特点,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cluster electrode radiofrequency surgery on uterine fibroids and functional uterine bleeding. Methods Fifty-eight patients with uterine fibroids less than 7 cm in diameter and 26 patients with functional uterine bleeding without fertility were selected. Radiofrequency catheter ablation was used to treat functional uterine bleeding and radiofrequency ablation of uterine fibroids by B-mode ultrasound was performed. Postoperative 1, 3, 6 months, the size of uterine fibroids and functional bleeding in patients with changes in uterine bleeding, and efficacy evaluation. Results The total effective rate was 94.5% and ineffective 5.5% in 58 cases of uterine fibroids, while the total effective rate of functional uterine bleeding was 100.0%. The bleeding was significantly reduced or amenorrhea 84.6% (22 cases), normal menstruation 15.4 % (4 cases), no organ injury complications occurred. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of uterine fibroids, dysfunctional uterine bleeding is good, with safe, convenient, low cost features, is worth clinical promotion.
