在曲面几何参数实时识别和密切曲率法的理论基础上提出了一种新的仿形系统,该系统的核心技术是曲面几何参数实时识别系统,由在端面上布有传感器点阵的盘形智能仿形头、曲面几何参数识别软件、仿形头姿态控制软件和姿态控制系统构成,仿形头姿态控制的原理是密切曲率法,由于几何参数识别系统可同时确定曲面上一点的坐标、法线向量、主曲率和主曲率的偏导数,故该技术既可用于高效率的实时五轴联动仿形加工,也可用于对三维实体模型进行高效率的数据采集,生成简捷的数学样条。该技术与CAD/CAM技术相结合,可以很方便地对实体模型进行修改,具有很好的柔性。
