加强和改进新形势下党的建设,必须着眼于继续解放思想、坚持改革开放、推动科学发展、促进社会和谐,着眼于提高党的执政能力、保持和发展党的先进性,全面推进思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和反腐倡廉建设,提高党的建设科学化水平。提高党的建设科学化水平,是加强和改进新形势下党的建设的一项重大任务,也是需要在实践中不断探索、不断总结、不断推进的一个重大命题。
To strengthen and improve party building in the new situation, we must focus on continuing to emancipate our minds, persist in carrying out reforms and opening up, promote scientific development, promote social harmony, focus on improving the party’s ability to govern, maintain and develop the advanced nature of the party, promote ideological progress in an all- Organizational construction, work style construction, system construction and anti-corruption and building a clean government so as to raise the scientific level of party building. To raise the scientific level of party building is a major task for strengthening and improving party building under the new situation and a major issue that needs to be continuously explored, continuously summarized, and continuously promoted in practice.
