以CAD技术为核心 ,在对检测过程所涉及的一些关键技术进行分析研究的基础上 ,利用ObjectARX为开发工具 ,开发了加工中心在线检测图形化编程系统 ,建立了加工中心在线检测与CAD的集成系统 ,实现了检测程序的图形化编制。利用该系统 ,操作者避免了抽象的调用宏指令的检测方式 ,使加工中心在线检测操作过程更加舒适和宜人化 ,也为加工中心的在线检测技术探索出 1种新的方法
Taking CAD technology as the core, based on the analysis and research of some key technologies involved in the testing process, this paper uses ObjectARX as development tool to develop a graphical programming system for on-line inspection of machining center and establishes the integration of machining center online testing and CAD System, to achieve the graphical programming of test procedures. Using this system, the operator avoids the abstract method of calling the macro instruction to make the on-line inspection operation process of the machining center more comfortable and pleasant, and also explores a new method for on-line inspection technology of the machining center
