以C57BL/6J小鼠Lewis肺癌实体瘤为研究对象,通过单纯照射、加温、顺铂(PDD)以及这三种实验方法的不同组合,观察小鼠体重变化、肿瘤生长体积、足皮肤反应和干性坏死情况、病理学检查。结果表明:照射+加温+PDD组效果最好、其次是照射+加温组;单纯加温和PDD3.5mg/kg组效果差,肿瘤抑制率分别是91.6%、80.4%、33.7%和29.9%。
The solid tumors of Lewis lung cancer in C57BL/6J mice were studied. The changes of body weight, tumor growth volume, and foot skin reaction were observed by simple irradiation, warming, cisplatin (PDD) and various combinations of the three experimental methods. Dry necrosis, pathological examination. The results showed that: irradiation + heating + PDD group was the best, followed by irradiation + heating group; simple heating and PDD3.5mg/kg group was poor, tumor inhibition rates were 91.6%, 80.4%, 33 .7% and 29.9%.
