对固体石墨碳、Fe-P-C饱和熔体、CO气体还原熔融磷渣中磷酸盐的反应动力学进行了研究.固体石墨碳还原碱度B(CaO/SiO_2)为1.1、Al_2O_3含量约8.3%的熔融磷渣中磷酸盐的反应速度常数与温度的关系为k=1.1×10~3exp[-217360/(RT)];在一定温度下反应速度常数随渣碱度增大而增大.Fe-P-C饱和熔体还原熔融磷渣中磷酸盐的反应速度常数约比固体碳大1个数量级.CO气体还原熔融磷渣中磷酸盐的反应速度取决于CO气体流量,还原反应接近热力学平衡.
The reaction kinetics of phosphates in solid graphitic carbon, saturated Fe-PC melt and CO gas in the reduction of molten phosphorous slag were studied. The basicity of carbon reduction of solid graphite with B (CaO / SiO 2) was 1.1 and the content of Al 2 O 3 was 8.3% The reaction rate constant of phosphate in molten phosphorous slag is k = 1.1 × 10 ~ 3exp [-217360 / (RT)], and the reaction rate constant increases with increasing alkalinity at a certain temperature.Fe- The reaction rate constant of phosphate in molten slag is about one order of magnitude faster than that of solid carbon in the saturated solution of PC. The reduction rate of phosphate in molten slag by CO gas depends on the CO gas flow rate, and the reduction reaction approaches the thermodynamic equilibrium.
