卢和乐教授毕业于唐山铁道学院(现西南交通大学),留任教师后一直从事混凝土结构和桥梁的教学和研究工作。六十年代初完成了“预应力混凝土联合系桥桥面系与主承结构共同工作”的研究,并参与大跨度预应力混凝土刚架桥的研究。七十年代初完成了混凝土铰的动、静载试验研究和试验性刚架桥设计;并开始参加我国 Professor Lu Hele graduated from Tangshan Railway College (now Southwest Jiaotong University) and has been teaching and researching concrete structures and bridges since remaining as a teacher. At the beginning of the 1960s, the research on the “joint work of the prestressed concrete combined bridge deck system and the main bearing structure” was completed, and participated in the research of the large-span prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge. At the beginning of the 1970s, the dynamic and static load tests of concrete hinges and experimental rigid bridge designs were completed; and they began to participate in China.
