根据水冷模块的技术特点和特殊要求对模块浇注料进行研制,成功地开发出达到水冷模块技术要求、性能优良的模块浇注料,于2000年12月~2001年10月分别应用在柳钢1号、3号、4号高炉中修改造工程和新建5号高炉工程中。结果表明,高炉各项技术经济指标明显提高,建设用时比传统炉身减少47%,取得了良好的使用效果和显著的经济效益。
According to the technical characteristics of water-cooled modules and special requirements for the development of module castables, successfully developed to meet the technical requirements of water-cooled modules, excellent performance of the module castable, in December 2000 ~ October 2001 were applied in Liuzhou Steel 1 , No. 3, No. 4 blast furnace in the renovation project and the new No. 5 blast furnace project. The results show that all technical and economic indexes of the blast furnace have been obviously improved, and the construction time is reduced by 47% compared with that of the traditional furnace body, and the good use effect and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved.
