本文根据国内外现代地球站频率合成器的发展动向,总结了三种微波锁相频率合成优选方案。作为工程近似,文中探讨了合成器微波锁相环路的设计方法,并简要介绍用上述方法设计的500兆赫频宽微波合成器的研制结果。通过与国内外水平的比较并参加地球站系统试验,说明该合成器在工作频段、频率稳定度、步进间隔及相位噪声等方面达到了一定的先进水平。
According to the development of modern earth station frequency synthesizer at home and abroad, this paper summarizes three kinds of microwave phase locking frequency synthesis scheme. As a project approximation, the article discusses the design method of synthesizer microwave phase-locked loop, and briefly introduces the research results of the 500 MHz microwave synthesizer designed by the above method. Comparing with the domestic and international level and participating in the earth station system test, this synthesizer has reached a certain advanced level in the working frequency band, frequency stability, step spacing and phase noise.
