中南六省(区)工会财务工作理论与实践研讨会于1989年10月23日至27日在开封市举行。出席会议的代表62人。广西赵玉馨、海南林日孔、河南高冠英副主席参加了会议。四川省总财务部长王德禄也应邀出席会议,《武汉财会》副主编常樵生同志亲临会议采访。为学习经验,河南省17个市、地财务部长参加了会议。会议以党的十三届四中全会精神为指针。贯彻工会十一大和全总主席团扩大会议精神,就工会财务工作在新形势下许多问题进行了广泛的交流与探讨。各省(区)提交本次研讨会的材料共25份。其中有经验体会、调查报告、专题论文。从材料内容看,有经费收入、财务管理、事业改革、有赏使用资金、兴办经济实体、增收节支、审计工作、廉政措施和
The Seminar on the Theory and Practice of Trade Union Financial Work in Central and South China’s Six Provinces (Regions) was held in Kaifeng City from October 23 to October 27, 1989. 62 representatives attended the meeting. Guangxi Zhao Yuxin, Hainan Lin Ri hole, Henan Guan Guoying Vice Chairman attended the meeting. Wang Delu, Minister of Finance of Sichuan Province, was also invited to attend the conference.
