临床检验结果是支持诊断,鉴别诊断,甚至确定诊断的主要依据。目前,大多数检验科的质量控制多着眼于检验科内部,而忽视了外部许多重要的影响检验结果的因素,如:病人所处的环境,季节,用药情况,饮食,运动,标本的采集与传送等。因此,常出现检验结果与病人实际不符的情况,导致了临床医生的误解。我认为,使检验科与临床科达成沟通与理解,不但可减少影响因素(特别是人为的),提高检验质量,做好室内质量控制,发现问题及时解决,更好的发挥检验科的作用,提高检验科的地位,为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。我建议:
Clinical test results are the main basis for supporting diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and even determining the diagnosis. At present, the majority of clinical laboratory quality control focuses on the internal part of the laboratory and ignores many important external factors that affect the test results, such as: the patient’s environment, season, medication, diet, exercise, and specimen collection. Transmission and so on. Therefore, it often happens that the test results are inconsistent with the patient’s actual situation, leading to misunderstandings by clinicians. In my opinion, the communication and understanding between the clinical laboratory and the clinical laboratory will not only reduce the influencing factors (especially man-made ones), improve the quality of inspections, do a good job of indoor quality control, but also promptly solve problems and better play the role of the laboratory. Improve the status of clinical laboratory and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. I recommend:
