7月下旬,以发改委、国土资源部、住建部等8大国务院重点部委副部长带队的督查组引起了社会的持续关注。在房价反弹、金九银十即将到来的关键时间节点,对房地产这个敏感市场如此高规格、大规模的巡视,自然引起地方和行业的紧张。到目前,此次检查将带来怎样的后续影响和政策变化成为市场和行业的焦点话题。这次对16个省(市)贯彻落实国务院房地产市场调控政策措施情况开展专项督查的重点为:住房限购措施、差别化住房信贷政策、住房用地供应和管理、税收政策执行和征管等。
