对2 mm的Al-Li-S-4铝锂合金薄板进行了FSW焊焊接试验,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观分析了焊接接头的显微组织和断口形貌特征,并对其室温拉伸性能和显微硬度进行了测试。结果表明:Al-Li-S-4铝锂合金FSW焊焊缝成形良好,接头组织细小,且焊缝强化相并未溶解,接头拉伸强度达到母材的82.6%,焊缝显微硬度高达115 HV,接头表现出良好的塑性。
FSW welding test was carried out on 2 mm Al-Li-S-4 Al-Li alloy sheet. The microstructure and fracture morphology of welded joints were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The tensile properties at room temperature And microhardness were tested. The results show that the weld of FSW weld of Al-Li-S-4 Al-Li alloy is well formed, the microstructure of joint is fine and the weld strengthened phase does not dissolve. The joint tensile strength reaches 82.6% of base metal, 115 HV, the joint shows good ductility.
