知识经济时代下,一个企业或单位生存并期望获得良好发展的五个要素是人才、技术、管理、文化和创新。医院后勤管理具有一定的专业性、规律性和复杂性,如何从理念、制度、手段等方面实现管理创新,以适应知识经济时代的发展,是医院后勤工作者面临的一个问题。文章从宏观角度探讨知识经济时代下医院后勤管理工作如何创新。
Under the era of knowledge-based economy, the five elements that an enterprise or unit survives and expects to achieve good development are talent, technology, management, culture and innovation. Hospital logistics management has a certain degree of professionalism, regularity and complexity. How to realize management innovation from the aspects of concept, system and means to meet the development of knowledge-based economy is a problem for hospital logisticians. This article discusses how to innovate the logistics management in hospital under the age of knowledge economy from a macro perspective.
