目的了解义乌市不同类型学校儿童预防接种证的查验情况,为做好儿童免疫规划管理提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对2011年义乌市秋季新入园入学的39 040名新生进行接种证查验。结果新入园儿童持证率为96.06%,本地户籍为99.07%,外地户籍为94.21%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=354.80,P<0.05);新入学儿童持证率为81.27%,本地户籍为98.27%,外地户籍为64.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2 799.51,P<0.05)。结论应加强对义乌市流动人口的预防接种知识宣传教育,提高流动儿童的持证率和免疫规划疫苗接种率。
Objective To understand the examination of vaccination certificates for different types of school children in Yiwu and provide the basis for the management of immunization programs in children. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to examine 39 040 freshmen enrolled in the autumn of 2011 in Yiwu City. Results The enrollment rate of newly admitted children was 96.06%, that of local residents was 99.07%, and that of foreign residents was 94.21% (χ2 = 354.80, P <0.05). The rate of new children’s admission was 81.27% 98.27%, and 64.43% in the field. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 2 799.51, P <0.05). Conclusion Publicity and education on vaccination of floating population in Yiwu City should be strengthened so as to increase the rate of holders of mobile children and vaccination rate of immunization programs.
