以跑转笼为运动方式 ,研究从 5月龄开始为期 8个月的有氧运动对正处于衰老早期的小鼠肾脏氧化与抗氧化水平的影响。结果发现 ,老龄小鼠肾脂褐素含量明显高于青年鼠 ,而有氧运动能有效抑制这种现象的出现。有氧运动对肾CuZnSOD和Cat活性的影响不明显 ,但可使GSH -px活性下降。这可能提示有氧运动通过抑制衰老过程中氧化应激程度的增加 ,相对增强了肾脏的抗氧化能力 ,以利于预防或延缓老龄化肾脏功能的过早衰退。
The effects of aerobic exercise on the oxidative and anti-oxidative levels of kidney in early senescence mice were studied by using the running cage as the exercise mode. The results showed that the old mice kidney lipofuscin content was significantly higher than that of young rats, and aerobic exercise can effectively inhibit the appearance of this phenomenon. Aerobic exercise on CuZnSOD and Cat kidney activity was not obvious, but can make GSH-px activity decreased. This may suggest that aerobic exercise relatively increases the antioxidant capacity of the kidney by inhibiting the increase of the degree of oxidative stress during the aging process so as to prevent or delay the premature decline of the aged renal function.
