石化碱渣废水中含有大量有毒有机物,如酚类物质和含硫有机物,不达标排放会给环境造成了严重污染。文章对石化碱渣废水的来源、危害及特点进行了简述,针对目前炼厂存在的碱渣污水处理技术进行分析论述。认为目前炼厂碱渣废水主要采用氧化处理技术和生物方法,其中催化湿式氧化处理较为常用,生物强化技术在实际中的应用日趋广泛。目前碱渣废水处理研究的趋势是开发高效,经济,环境友好,简单安全的新工艺,并要针对废水中污染物的特点结合多种方法进行治理。
Petrochemical caustic soda wastewater contains a large amount of toxic organic compounds, such as phenols and sulfur-containing organic compounds, which will cause serious pollution to the environment. The article briefly introduces the origin, harm and characteristics of the alkali caustic wastewater, and analyzes and discusses the existing technology of caustic soda wastewater treatment in the refinery. It is considered that the refinery caustic wastewater mainly uses oxidation treatment technology and biological methods, among which catalytic wet oxidation treatment is more commonly used, and bio-strengthening technology is widely used in practice. At present, the research trend of alkali residue wastewater treatment is to develop a new technology with high efficiency, economy, environment friendliness, simple and safe, and to combine the characteristics of pollutants in wastewater with various methods.
