刘家峡水电站四号机定子系在安装间组合成整体,经过下线、耐压后与上机架、推力轴承一起吊入机坑安装就位的。由于安装场地的限制,定子组装场地只能布置在转子组装场地的右侧,而四号机坑却在转子组装场地的左侧。正式安装时,就必须先吊转子,后吊定子,用定子套转子。由于二者之间仅有27毫米的空气隙,这就要求定子吊起后必须有良好的水平度,吊装难度较大。
