把信息业定义为第四产业,是依据生产力水平和主导产业划分人类社会发展阶段的新尝试。马克思主义的历史唯物论认为,物质生产是人类社会存在和发展的前提和基础,生产力是人类社会发展的最终决定动力。因此,根据这一原则划分出第四产业是有科学依据的。
Defining the information industry as the fourth industry is a new attempt to divide the development stage of human society based on the level of productive forces and the leading industries. Marxist historical materialism holds that material production is the precondition and foundation for the existence and development of human society and that productivity is the ultimate decisive force for the development of human society. Therefore, it is scientifically based on the principle of dividing the fourth industry.
