课题式教研——校本研修的有效范式

校本研修不能空对空,不做表面文章,不走形式主义,必须有载体、有抓手、有平台。问题即课题,教师带着问题确立课题,以课题为载体开展教研活动,是校本研修的有效途径。以苏州市吴江区盛泽二中思想品德教研组为例,根据日常课堂观察发现:在教学中,思想品德教师习惯于引进案例,确实也收到了良好成效,但不少教师 School-based training can not be empty-handed, do not surface the article, do not take formalism, there must be a carrier, a starting point, a platform.
