带预制孔筒形件拉深成形金属流动规律的研究

根据带预制孔筒形件成形后侧壁上获得矩形孔的工艺特点及要求,设计了预制孔初始形状为扇形的坯料,采用理论分析和运用ETA/Dyanform软件进行数值模拟实验,深入分析其在拉深过程中的金属变形流动行为的力学机理,分析不同摩擦系数和压边力对金属流动规律的影响。结果表明:预制孔的存在破坏了坯料的完整性,使得孔周围材料的流动发生了显著的变化,通过改变摩擦系数和压边力等参数可以改善成形过程中金属变形和流动的均匀性,并找出利于拉深成形和质量提高的工艺参数。 According to the characteristics and requirements of the process of obtaining the rectangular hole on the sidewall with the preformed hole, the initial shape of the prefabricated hole is designed as a fan-shaped blank. The theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation with ETA / Dyanform software are carried out. The mechanical mechanism of metal deformation flow behavior during drawing is analyzed. The influence of different friction coefficient and blank holder force on the metal flow rule is analyzed. The results show that the prefabricated hole undermines the integrity of the blank and causes a significant change in the flow of the material around the perforations. The uniformity of the deformation and the flow of the metal during the forming process can be improved by changing the parameters such as the friction coefficient and the blank holder force Find conducive to drawing and improve the quality of the process parameters.
