在露天作业的各种大型轨道运行式起重机的迎风面积大,在台风季节如果没有可靠的紧固措施就可能在大风袭击下滑移,甚至出轨倾倒发生重大事故。现有的防风钩或夹轨器大多是手动的,操作不方便,也不能应付没有予报的大风袭击。我厂试制了一种新型自动夹轨器,经过拉力试验表明,强度和对轨道的紧固性都满足设计要求,装在20吨门座起重机上使用了一年多时间,运行正常。
In the open air operations, various large-scale orbital cranes have large windward areas and may slip under strong winds during typhoon season if there is no reliable tightening measures. Even major derailment accidents may occur. Most of the existing windshield hooks or clamps are manually operated, inconvenient to operate, and unable to cope with winds that have not been reported. I plant trial a new type of automatic rail clipper, after the tensile test shows that the strength and tightness of the rail to meet the design requirements, installed in the 20-ton portal cranes used for more than a year, normal operation.
