应用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及高效制备薄层色谱等方法对沙滩黄芩中的二萜单体进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据对其化学结构进行阐明,发现并鉴定了9个二萜化合物,分别为6-乙酰氧基-7-烟酸酰氧基半枝莲碱G(1),6-烟酸酰氧基-7-乙酰氧基半枝莲碱G(2),6,7-二烟酸酰氧基半枝莲碱G(3),半枝莲碱K(4),半枝莲碱B(5),6-乙酰氧基河南半枝莲碱A(6),6-烟酸酰氧基半枝莲素A(7),6,7-二乙酰氧基半枝莲素A(8),半枝莲碱F(9)。化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~9均为首次从沙滩黄芩中发现。
The diterpenoids in Astragalus membranaceus were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance preparative thin layer chromatography. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Two diterpenoids, 6-acetoxy-7-nicotinyloxy scutellagelide G(1), 6-nicotinyloxy-7-acetoxysupplantine G(2), respectively ,6,7-Dibaccatinyloxy Scutellajasin G(3), Scutellaria Barbata K(4), Scutellaria Barbata B(5), 6-Acetoxyhennan Scutellariae B 6), 6-Nicotinic acid oxybrevicon A (7), 6,7-Diacetoxy bleomycin A (8), Scutellaria F (9). Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2~9 are all first found in the yellow sand beach.
