校内实习是我们中等职业学校教学活动中的重头戏,对实现培养目标具有决定意义。我校学生约有四分之一的时间用于实习,学生可以根据就业形势并结合个人爱好,可选择一个专业来实习从而提高自己的技能。通过实习,学生由原来根本不曾接触企业和生产实际操作,到毕业时能达到该工种的中级及以上水平。学生技能的形成是由简单到复杂,由单一技能到形成综合技能的过程。因此,实训教学应从这一特点出发,按照循序渐进的原则逐步进行。
In-school internship is the highlight of our secondary vocational school teaching activities and has a decisive role in achieving the training objectives. Approximately one-quarter of our students spend time on internships. Depending on the employment situation and personal preferences, students may choose a major to enhance their skills. Through internships, students from the original did not have access to business and production of practical operation, to graduate to reach the mid-level and above. The formation of student skills is from simple to complex, from a single skill to the formation of comprehensive skills process. Therefore, the practical training should proceed from this characteristic and proceed step by step according to the principle of gradual and orderly progress.
