在西方流行的企业文化观念传入中国后,我国文化界、企业界对此产生了浓厚的兴趣,纷纷译介各种读物,开研讨会,办研讨班,希望这种新的管理理论能在我国扎根,能给我国的企业管理、思想政治工作和文化事业带来一种新的气象、新的境界。然而,从企业文化的理论和实践情况看,研讨会仅仅停留在讨论企业文化的概念、功能和特征,企业文化理论则远未被企业界广泛认同,企业文化建设与思想政治工作纠缠不清。我们不能不承认,中国企业文化陷入了困境。
