随着新课改的开展,课堂教学形式随之发生了翻天覆地的变化,构建以学生为主体的有效课堂教学活动成为广大教师的追求目标。下面我根据自己的教学实际,浅谈几点开展有效课堂教学活动应遵循的原则。一、主体性原则学生的发展是课程改革的出发点和归宿,因此,教师在设计课堂教学活动时要遵循主体性原则。教师要确立学生在活动中的主体地位,把课堂还给学生,大胆放手,切忌包办代替。只有这样,学生的自信心、主动性、创新性才能得到更大程度的发挥,个性特长才能得到充分自由的发展。但是,在强调学生主体性地位的同时,教师的主导作用并非随之消失,相反,对教师的主导有了更高的要求。教师要抛弃传统的教育观念,使自身由知识的灌输者转变成教学活动的组织 With the development of the new curriculum reform, classroom teaching has undergone tremendous changes, and building an effective classroom teaching activity with students as the mainstay has become the goal pursued by the majority of teachers.
