随着新课改的开展,课堂教学形式随之发生了翻天覆地的变化,构建以学生为主体的有效课堂教学活动成为广大教师的追求目标。下面我根据自己的教学实际,浅谈几点开展有效课堂教学活动应遵循的原则。一、主体性原则学生的发展是课程改革的出发点和归宿,因此,教师在设计课堂教学活动时要遵循主体性原则。教师要确立学生在活动中的主体地位,把课堂还给学生,大胆放手,切忌包办代替。只有这样,学生的自信心、主动性、创新性才能得到更大程度的发挥,个性特长才能得到充分自由的发展。但是,在强调学生主体性地位的同时,教师的主导作用并非随之消失,相反,对教师的主导有了更高的要求。教师要抛弃传统的教育观念,使自身由知识的灌输者转变成教学活动的组织
With the development of the new curriculum reform, classroom teaching has undergone tremendous changes, and building an effective classroom teaching activity with students as the mainstay has become the goal pursued by the majority of teachers. Here I based on their own teaching practice, talk about how to carry out effective classroom teaching activities should follow the principle. First, the principle of subjectivity The development of students is the starting point and destination of curriculum reform, therefore, teachers in the design of classroom teaching activities to follow the principle of subjectivity. Teachers should establish the dominant position of students in the activities of the classroom back to students, boldly let go, should not be arranged instead. Only in this way, students’ self-confidence, initiative and innovation can be given a greater degree of play, and individual characteristics can be fully and freely developed. However, while emphasizing the subjective position of the students, the leading role of teachers does not disappear. On the contrary, teachers’ dominance has higher requirements. Teachers should abandon the traditional concept of education, make itself from the inculcation of knowledge into teaching activities of the organization
