有数种不同科属的植物民间俗名都称“狼毒”。本文报道的狼毒素是从甘肃临洮一带采集的瑞香科狼毒属植物——狠毒(Stellera chamaejasmae L,)根部中提取的一种酸性物质,以往已报道过它的纯化、结晶以及初步的化学性质研究,未能确定其结构。新近的工作表明,狼毒素是一种具有双二氢黄酮结构的化合物,可用式Ⅰ表示。式Ⅰ实际上是两分子柚皮素(Naringenin)(Ⅱ)在3位彼此接合的结果。有关的依据及讨论见下述。
There are several different families of plant folk names are called “Shan Po”. The toxin reported here is an acidic substance extracted from the roots of Stellera chamaejasmae L., which is collected from Linyi, Gansu, and has been reported for purification, crystallization, and preliminary chemical properties. Research failed to determine its structure. Recent work has shown that sophocin is a compound having a dihydroflavone structure and can be represented by Formula I. Formula I is actually the result of the two molecules naringenin (II) being joined to each other at the 3-position. The relevant basis and discussion are described below.
