结合北京站至北京西站铁路地下直径线工程实例,通过不同盾构刀盘刀具配置在砂卵石下的应用对比,重点对本工程刀盘刀具改造前后对地层的适应性进行详细研究,总结分析出:1)对致密的砂卵石地层的刀盘刀具配置采用盘形滚刀是必要的,并应根据卵石粒径、密实程度尽量加大滚刀尺寸,加大1和2层刀高差,以提高切削贯入度,提高掘削效率;2)通过滚刀、撕裂刀、切刀等长短刀具的合理配置,可以实现对砂卵石地层的有效切削;3)切刀形式由原来螺栓连接方式优化为销轴连接方式,可以有效防止切刀在掘进过程中的掉落等主要成果。最终解决了砂卵石条件下刀盘刀具配置应注意的关键问题,保证了工程的顺利进行,对类似工程有借鉴作用。
