介绍了两种典型卷圆件,分析了零件结构特点,对两种零件的工艺设计思路进行阐述,比较了两种卷圆类型零件在成形工艺上的异同。重点介绍了零件每一步成形的模具结构和成形后的零件形状尺寸,分析了关键工序模具结构上的特点。经过生产实践验证,成形模具结构合理、可靠,并能保证产品质量,对此类零件的模具设计有参考价值。
Two kinds of typical round parts were introduced. The characteristics of part structure were analyzed. The design ideas of the two parts were expatiated. The similarities and differences in the forming process of the two kinds of round parts were compared. It mainly introduced the mold structure formed by each step of the part and the shape and shape of the part after forming, and analyzed the structural features of the mold in the key process. After the production of proven, forming a reasonable structure, reliable, and to ensure product quality, mold design for such parts have a reference value.
