为建立水中的6种挥发性卤代烃及7种氯苯类化合物的自动顶空气相色谱同时测定方法,将水样经顶空自动进样后进行气相色谱分析,采用DB-5毛细管色谱柱分离,ECD检测。结果显示,各待测物所得的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,r≥0.993。方法的检出限为0.003~0.303μg/L,定量下限为0.009~1.000μg/L,平均回收率为88.4%~113.8%,RSD为3.07%~10.90%。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的优点,适用于水中6种挥发性卤代烃及7种氯苯类化合物的同时测定。
In order to establish a method for simultaneous determination of six volatile halocarbons and seven chlorobenzenes in water by headspace gas chromatography, the water samples were automatically injected into the headspace and analyzed by gas chromatography.
