目的:加强家庭医生的团队建设,提升家庭医生的服务质量。方法:根据史蒂芬·E·科恩所建立的高效团队模型确定家庭医生服务队伍建设的评定方案,遵循高效团队建设原则完成家庭医生的招募。结果:在高效团队模型的条件下建设一支高效的家庭医生服务队伍。结论:高效的家庭医生服务团队能够有效的优化家庭医生服务,促使人们更加愿意家庭医生的制度理念。
Objective: To strengthen the team building of family doctors and improve the service quality of family doctors. Methods: According to the efficient team model established by Stephen E. Cohen, the appraisal plan for the construction of family doctor service team was established, and the recruitment of family doctor was completed according to the principle of efficient team building. Results: Building an efficient family doctor service team under the conditions of an efficient team model. Conclusion: Efficient family doctor service team can effectively optimize the family doctor service and make people more willing to family doctor’s system concept.
