In this study, we analyzed the differences of the proportion of peripheral memory CD8 ~ + T cells, subsets, IFN-γ, IL-2 secretion and antigen-specific memory T cells in patients with different groups of ankylosing spondylitis and normal controls Immunological inflammatory response in patients with ankylosing spondylitis memory T cells; mainly by flow cytometry in patients with ankylosing spondylitis CD8 ~ + memory T cells in the distribution and secretion of IFN-γ, IL-2 memory The percentage of T cells and the percentage of antigen-specific memory T cells that produce IFN-γ. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, there was no significant difference in the total peripheral CD8 ~ + memory T cells among the patients with ankylosing spondylitis, but the proportion of the subgroup showed that the percentage of central memory T cells in the disease group was increased. The effect Type memory T cells decreased. Further study found that the proportion of peripheral CD8 ~ + T cells secreting IFN-γ in patients with ankylosing spondylitis was significantly lower than that of the normal controls (P <0.05), while the proportion of secreted cells of IL-2 was not statistically different. The proportion of antigen-specific memory T cells in the disease group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Therefore, patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the disease state, although the number of CD8 ~ + TM has not changed, but its function of IFN-γ decreased, and antigen-specific memory T cells increased the proportion, which may be associated with high patient infection Related.
