走进仙桃市审计局会议室,环顾四周,各种锦旗、奖牌,琳琅满目,烁烁生辉。这就是审计局领导班子多年来致力于两个文明建设一起抓所取得的丰硕成果的一个缩影。早在1993年,他们在局机关、事务所提出了关于加强审计系统精神文明建设的意见,但在实施过程中,遇到一些阻力,有人认为,物质文明建设看得见,摸得着,还能给人们带来实惠,抓起来比较得心应手,而精神文明建设没有硬指标,不易落实,不易考核;也有人认为,抓精神文明建设是搞形式主义,讲廉政,学先进是领导的事;还有人认为,审计人员少、项目多,只要把任务完成就行了。面对种种片面认识,局领导一班人坚定信心,毫不动摇,他们首先解决干部职工中的认识问题,清除思想障碍,变“要我做”为“我要做”。认识提高了,思想统一了,其他问题就会迎刃而解。他们明确提出:两个文明一起抓,两项任务一起下,两副重担一起挑,两种成果一起要。并确定了创建文明单位目标。
