介绍了一种用高速数字信号处理器(简称DSP)控制的电主轴永磁同步电机交流伺服控制系统.根据矢量变换和弱磁控制理论,提出一种高效精确的控制策略,并建立了电主轴永磁同步电机的数学模型.通过对电主轴各种运行情况进行计算机仿真研究,得到了接近最佳点的调节参数和一些重要结论,这对系统的制作具有重要的指导意义
An AC servo control system of the spindle motor with permanent magnet synchronous motor controlled by high speed digital signal processor (DSP) is introduced. According to the theory of vector transformation and field weakening control, a highly efficient and precise control strategy is proposed and a mathematical model of the spindle permanent magnet synchronous motor is established. Through the computer simulation of the various operating conditions of the spindle, the adjustment parameters close to the best point and some important conclusions are obtained, which have important guiding significance for the system production
