可贵的桃源经验——第一个里程碑 1978年水电部在湖南省桃源县召开了全国水利管理会议。这次会议肯定并号召全国水利管理单位,学习桃源县在水利管理和开展综合经营的经验,并表彰了一批水利管理标兵、先进单位和先进个人。会议代表参观了桃源县的农田基本建设和水利工程,大家对他们在工程管理和综合经营方面的成就和经验,引起了极大兴趣和震动。桃源县经过七年的努力,到1978年,全县大、中、小水库由181座增加到355座,7年共建成各类小水电站119处,装机14085千瓦。所有工程,他们都按照县委提出的“库内养鱼,库外发电,库周种树,库旁办厂(场)”的指导思想,积极开展综合经营。全县已建成的75处库容100
Valuable Taoyuan Experience - The First Milestone In 1978, the Ministry of Electricity and Water took a national conference on water management in Taoyuan County, Hunan Province. The conference confirmed and called for national water management units to learn from Taoyuan County’s experiences in water management and integrated management and commended a number of water management models, advanced units and advanced individuals. Meeting delegates visited the farmland infrastructures and water conservancy projects in Taoyuan County.
