目的：分析希森美康XE-2100和XS-500i血液分析仪的检验结果是否具有可比性。方法按照NCCLS的EP9-A2文件要求，选取EDTA-K2抗凝新鲜全血40份，以XE-2100为比对仪器、XS-500i为试验仪器，分别进行检测，对比二者WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT等指标的检验结果。结果 XE-2100和XS-500i血液分析仪的WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT等指标的差异无统计学意义(﹥0.05)。结论 XE-2100和XS-500i血液分析仪的检验结果准确可靠，具有可比性，均能够达到临床要求。“,”Objective To analysis the Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer and XS-500i results are comparable.
