作为当前课程改革重要的一项内容,园本课程建设符合全国新课改的趋势,并有助于促进幼儿的个性、全面、主动发展。现阶段的幼儿园园本课程建设存在诸多问题,主要体现在幼儿园缺乏环境氛围,教师的主要力量作用没有得到充分发挥。由此,主要从构建良好的园本课程建设氛围、加强教师对于园本课程的认识,提升教师园本课程建设能力这两方面进行策略探讨,对幼儿园园本课程建设存在的问题提供解决策略参考。
As an important part of current curriculum reform, the construction of this course meets the trend of new curriculum reform throughout the country and helps to promote the individuality, comprehensiveness and initiative development of young children. There are many problems in kindergarten teaching at this stage, mainly due to the lack of environmental atmosphere in kindergartens and the lack of full play of the main force of teachers. Therefore, it mainly discusses the tactics of constructing the atmosphere of building a good garden-based curriculum, strengthening the teacher’s understanding of the garden-based curriculum and enhancing the ability of the teachers to construct the course, and provides a solution to the existing problems of the curriculum construction in the kindergarten. .
