为探讨喷施SOD微生态制剂对当归根SOD酶活性、品质及经济性状等的影响,在田间采用了L9(34)设计。结果表明:当归叶面喷施SOD微生态制剂0.67%浓度的溶液,喷施3次,间隔期38d,归根SOD酶活性最高,达到71.28U/g。单根鲜重最高水平组合为A3B3C2,达到113g;特级、一级归出成率最高水平组合A3B3C2,达到68.1%。麻口病发病率和病情指数最低水平组合均为A3B1C3,均为10%。
In order to investigate the effects of spraying SOD probiotics on SOD activity, quality and economic traits of Angelica Sinensis, L9 (34) design was adopted in the field. The results showed that Angelica foliar sprayed with 0.67% concentration of SOD microecological solution, spraying 3 times, the interval 38d, the highest root activity of SOD, reached 71.28U / g. The highest level of single fresh weight combined for the A3B3C2, reaching 113g; super grade, a level of the highest level of combination yield A3B3C2, reaching 68.1%. The incidence of stomatitis and the lowest level of disease index combinations were A3B1C3, both 10%.
