应用SAPV结构分析程序对三缸单作用钻井泵壳体进行了静力强度和刚度的三维有限元分析。通过计算获得了在最大载荷下,995.15千瓦钻井泵壳体的应力分布和位移分布规律,并与电测法实测结果作了比较,为钻井泵壳体的板材选用和结构设计提供了计算依据。
The three-dimensional finite element analysis of the static strength and stiffness of the triple-cylinder single-action drilling pump casing was carried out by SAPV structural analysis program. The stress distribution and displacement distribution of 995.15 kilowatts drilling pump casing under maximum load are obtained and compared with the measured results of the electric measuring method to provide calculation basis for the plate selection and structural design of the drilling pump casing.
